Can you get Rioja in France? A friend of mine likes Rioja but I have never been able to find it when I have visited Northern France.  

You are not the only memeber of this forum to have suffered this problem. Have a look at this thread http://forums.livingfrance.com/shwmessage.aspx?ForumID=29&MessageID=49264 , the answers provided there may solve your problem.

You are not doing anything wrong. I have also requested the same information and get the same result. Hopefully the matter will be resolved in the New Year.

Talking of spending. I heard a news item on my local radio today that on Christmas Eve, people in GB/UK will cumulatively spend over one BILLION pounds and that is just in ONE day. The mind boggles.

And I doubt that you would be very popular with the owners if you shot their pride and joy Incidentally the Velodog is still available in the USA for the princely sum of US $275.00 NOT that I would ever think of purchasing one. I can just imagine the response here in the UK if I was ever to use one - being surrounded by officers from every Police armed response vehicle available in the county aiming Heckler and Koch weapons in my direction. Coco When I came out to Basse Normandie back in September, SpeedOne was out of the water for my outward journey. I rang Speedferries and I currently have an open ended outward crossing to use when I choose using the original booking reference. Personally I think that the way that Speedferries has conducted itself since its inauguration speaks volumes for the staff and the company. Long may its success continue.
