  1. Can anyone tell me how to place a tune from u tube onto The lighter side please.I can do Face book but not this Forum.
  2. I am thinking of renewing my interest in photography.I used to do Black and White a few years ago.had a darkroom as well.Does anyone know whether Colour or B&W film can be prossessed and put on disc as in the UK?I live not far from Pontivy.
  3. I used an English chap,Jasen.He advertises in Central Brittany magazine.I do not know how far he will travel.I think he lives near Dinan.Hope this helps.
  4. Talk about cold I have had 20 cm of snow today.Could not go to a party tonight and nearly run out of wine.
  5. In the UK,I always put mine in the garden at this time of year.I have some here that will go in next week in a sheltered spot.
  6. It is a tad windy here tonight.~issing down,but the bar was nice and dry.Wine even betterere.
  7. We have a restaraent/bar in the village where set 3 course lunch is 11euros inc 1/4 caraffe wine.A;so another in the next village. The one here is does well with the workers etc every lunchtime which is when food is served.We have eaten there before we moved in.The meal was very good for the price.
  8. We intend having a holiday somewhere warm in June next year.I believe we can go from Nantes,but destinations are limited.Any thoughts?

    I have planted onion sets,garlic and broad beans.Green shoots are evident.Just got to watch the slugs.
  10. My wife and I paid our respect yesterday in our village.It was very moving.We walked with the firemen and the mayor and the other residents around the square to the memorial.It was the first time for us.As I said very moving.
  11. We had a Green Woodpecker on the lawn today plus at least 2 Jays.I have never seen so many Jays before.A lake nearby has 10 species of birdlife,9 we has seen.

    I could not agree more Chris.The man should not sleep at night for what he did.The same goes for the resident of 10 Downing Street.He was in up to his neck as well.
  13. I aggree with you.Home is now here.Went back to UK for a few days.Glad I am back home.OH is finding it a bit hard at the moment,but we will be ok.Its only been 12 weeks after all.
  14. Just got back home from Uk. Saw Cliff and the Shads at Wembley.They were great.Stayed with my girls in kent.I did not like the amount of traffic and people.Glad to be back to reality.
  15. Nothing to do with this post but just like to say we are going to see Cliff & THE SHADS next week at Wembley arena.Looking forward to the concert.OH not to chuffed but she will get to see our girls for a couple of days.
  16. I have recently been told that changing plates etc has been scraped and you can continue to drive on English plates.Has anyone heard anything along these lines?Only I have just spent a few euros changing mine over.Just awaiting the Grey card.

    I have today had 19 huge Leylandii removed from my front garden.The amount of light we have now is amazing.Had the job done by pros.The wood is being taken away by an association that turns the wood into wood chip or pellets and sell them off.

    Thanks for that only I planted onions and garlic end of last year in Kent. I am in Brittany.I have been told it can get cold here.Not having stayed over winter in Brittany before,I will have that to look forward to.

    Sorry Clair,I am not yet up to speed with the language.What is the form I need?I thought I would be ok with that size shed.I have a 6x4 feet greenhouse from UK.I enquired at the Marie's office and was told it was ok.
