Miki and Dick Smith make me laugh out loud.

Miki with his scoobie alert.  Dick Smith (who I think is more

of a refined gentleman and would never respond to a scoobie alert but

is very cutting with his sarcasm.)  Keep it up boys
Merci Katie but it is quite hard keeping it up.................Dick

will never get his hands on my Scoobie alert, refined gentleman or not,

the Scoobie is all mine I tell you.............

He is not strange at all.  Neither am I
But I want to be strange Katie, that way you get to do things that normals don't do. My bet is that you are a little strange !

For instance, just imagine those poor scouts out on Brecon Beacon and

as they getting of  their tent in the morning, there, running

across their vision comes this lady all in white shouting "Come here

you blasted hound"

They must wonder which one of them your hollering at, bet it frightens the life out of the younger ones [:D]

Come on MB, where you been when dear ole Meatie is firing on all cylinders......

I poured it on and I poured it out

I tried to show you just how much I care

I'm tired of words and I'm too hoarse to shout

But you've been cold to me so long

I'm crying icicles instead of tears

And all I can do is keep on telling you

I want you

I need you

But -- there aint no way I'm ever gonna love you

Now dont be sad

cause two out of three ain't bad

Now dont be sad

cause two out of three ain't bad

Or put it another way.......

Sex, drugs and rock n roll................ [;-)]

Okay, here's the list.  I have excluded radio shows, films and anything that has not been on UK TV.  Closing time for additions is midnight GMT tomorrow (Friday-Saturday midnight).

I will then see if it can go on another forum for voting!
Is QI one of the Spike Milligan series?

Tizwaz - comedy prog?
QI - Quite Interesting. BBC 2 comedy quiz with Stephen Fry, Alan Davies etc. On TV at present.

Tiswas (spelling corrected) - Saturday morning children's programme that was really for adults. Launched careers of  Chris Tarrant, Lenny Henry and Spit the Dog. ( As Miki and Meatloaf would say "Two out of three ain't bad"). Quite the funniest programme of the mid to late seventies.

You're thinking of Q5,6,7 and 8. All had flashes of brilliance intermixed with sheer tedium.

What're we going to do now?  What're we going to do now? What're we going to do now?  What're we going to do now?

I'll add in Top Cat, QI (possibly postdates our departure), Just Good Friends, Tiswas, Freddie Starr and Victoria Wood Show.

I'll then see if I can find a forum to host it.  Otherwise it'll have to be a handcount from here.  Please don't vote yet, not until the list is complete!

No, no, no, no, no!  The poll will be held on the Tot*l Fr*nce forum from midnight tonight.  I've just tested it and it was happy to take up to 12 options on a test run so I'm hoping it will take our mega list from here.

Funny how Top Cat is on the list but not the Phil Silvers Show - no Bilko fans out there?

Oh, and I want to add Dad's Army.

Has anyone mentioned Kenny Everett.  I thought he was hilarious when I was "younger".  A bit near the mark but it was all done "in the best possible taste!" [;-)]  I was so naive back then a lot of it went over my head anyway.[:$]
