Crikey - I don't believe it - Super U indeed! I looked everywhere and could not find a Xmas pud so, for the very first time ever I have made one - courtesy 90% of Deliaonline and 10% of another site. Then my very French neighbour comes over and says that they always have Xmas pud at their house at Xmas time (bought in north Brittany) - as she  picked up the habit when living in the UK. Words failed me at this point.
