they say they have "selected a castle" so are they renting it or buying it anyway it looks good, you can live there rent free and they will have daily garden partys and tourist will visit the market in the castle and they are eco friendly

I have put my house on 1 of the main websites for french property for sale but 1 of the emails is saying " I want to move into the house speedingly, I will make payment on the house then inspect it then sell it 6 months later" It seems a bit fishy to me, has other people had fishy emails like this

Thanks for replys, the simulation is a good guide, would it be best to apply for the loan online or to call them, I live and work in the UK so have UK payslips and my pay goes into my UK bank so will this affect me, I would like the loan to pay of the rest of the french  mortgage, I have paid 80% of the mortgage so far

Does anyone know the interest rates for personal loans with credit agricole, is there a minimum amount you can borrow and is there a minimum or maximum time limit, I have a mortgage with CA already but I would like to borrow about 6k  euros but I dont speak much french and when I go on the ca-cmds website its not clear and I do not want to ring them until I know more about personal loans

Is there a bank or company in france with english speaking people  that will lend money secured on a french property, the problem is I have 8k left to pay on my credit agricole mortgage which is 600 euro monthly repayments and I only have 2k left in my account  so is it possible to get a 6k loan for 100 euros a month over 6 years to pay the rest of the mortgage off

if you  o  income tax to  the uk they will take your french property  but if you o tax fonciere and tax habitatian to france they cannot do it

my uncle is or was a free mason and he was a builder but retired now but he was a hard worker and was poor when he was younger but now he  is wealthy sucessful but i cannot say he was more sucesful because of the masons or he would of been sucesful anyway because i live in another part of the country and was to young to think about these things when i was younger but i do believe there is a group of people pulling the strings in the western world
