JohnFB Posted January 20, 2011 Share Posted January 20, 2011 No it is not. THe Liasse Fiscale is the annual return companies complete. Copies go to among others Tax autority and registre du commerce. It comprises both Balance sheet - Bilan, Profit and Loss - Compte de resultat, and has various supplementary sheets ofv which annex 8 must be one. Sorry its a fair while since I last completed one so can't remember the annexes.
