Its actually an extension to a 3 month contract the first was signed I was wondering if the second contract can be ended early if the employer finds it neccessary I just didnt word the question very well

If you and the employer have not signed a cdd contract but you have started the employed period is it still valid Thanks

If employed under a CDD are you entitled to recieve holiday pay or not Thanks in anticipation Chris

You could po int out to the owner of the trees that they are worth quite a bit of money if their timber is suitable for use in furniture, roofs or ideally barrels. If they are dropping branches then they might be deseased or dieing and will possibly need cutting down anyway Chris

Thanks for the advice I have already put rods up the drain and jet washed it I had thought that someone with better equipment might be the solution but having found the problem it just involves digging up drains and putting a new one in in a different direction Chris
