I might hydrate it and see if I can palm it off on the dogs .. I don't want to start making loads of sugary cakes and biscuits - I don't think I can find a use for it. But, if you want to make shortbread, perhaps as presents to give at Christmas, semolina mixed with the flour produces a fantastic shortbread that is really crumbly and yum-yum.
