Dick Smith
It was at the Paul Ricard circuit, and all the photos are titled Ricard, so I guess its the alcohol ban thing.
Cassis
This is the message I got when I tried to access your pics:-We apologize the site you are attempting to visit has been blocked due to its content being inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of the United Arab Emirates. cooperlola
I have removed the R*card reference from the set title. Does that help?
powerdesal
No. I think they must ban everything from flickr.com on principle, maybe they have seen some naughty pics on that site.
powerdesal
Have just tried flickr.com via google and got the same ban. Weird people this lot.
cooperlola
Pity, because in essense they are some of the best pics I've been able to get in the past few years. Not because I'm any great shakes with the old camera, but simply because I had a media pass and therefore unfettered access to the pits and the circuit. A truly surreal experience which I still can't quite believe happened. I was actually nattering to Yves Courage and Hugues de Chaunac... er, what?[blink][blink][blink]
Bugsy
The old GP circuit at Reims, taken during our recent visit to Verdun. You can really feel the atmosphere of the place. It is respected by all who visit (no graffitti) and is currently being re-painted using the original signs and stuff. Well worth a visit if you're in the area and you can ride round most of the circuit too.
f1steveuk
The company I write and present a motorsport DVD for (Yesterdays Racers.com), are coming down to my house filming this month. We're going to two circuits, now mainly disusedhttp://translate.google.com/still has stands etc and is between Toulouse and Pau, then we're filming at Cadours, where Raymond Somner died in a Cooper. Again still nearly all there, stands and all.............link shortened by a mod
