Yes, sound is not that good but there is no official video, I will seek out a better version later.

Thought Rammstein were what is known as Dance Metal rather than industrial but what the hey its only a title. I have heard a number of there songs but they are not my cup of tea mainly cos I can't understand the lyrics.

My recent discovery is the German band Rammstein, supposed to be " Industrial Metal"  , not my type usually, but there s something about

this band. IMO ... First they dare use german, their native language, and it is not supposed to be very melodious. yet, they have achieved worldwide recognition. Ok , they are sometimes provocative but it is a metal band..

I really love Rammstein... have a look at their Volkerball DVD, especially the live concert in Les Arenes de Nimes. Fantasic atmosphere, I'd have loved to have been there for that concert.

Oh what a shame DerekJ , the link you sent was not active, could you please send it again?

I love Rammstein too, and everyday I discover new songs .. I love this one " Klavier" , I listened to it several times in a row yesterday...

A special atmosphere, just love it..  Awesome video, especially the very end [:)]

I'm happy to meet someone who loves this band too!

English translation of the lyrics ( of course you lose the rhymes) ..

They say to me

unlock this door

the curiosity becomes a scream

what certainly could be behind it

behind this door

stands a piano

the keys are dusty

the strings are out of tune

behind this door

she sits at the piano

but she doesn't play anymore

oh, that was so long ago

There, at the piano

I listened to her

and when her playing began

I held my breath

She said to me

I'll always stay with you

but it only seemed

that she played for me alone

I poured her blood

into the fire of my rage

I locked the door

they asked for her

There, at the piano

I listened to her

and when her playing began

I held my breath

There, at the piano

I stood beside her

it seemed

she played for me alone

The door is open

oh, how they scream

I hear the mother pleading

the father is beating me

they take her from the piano

and no one believes me here

that I am deathly ill

from sorrow and the stench

There, at the piano

I listened to her

and when her playing began

I held my breath

There, at the piano

she listened to me

and when my playing began

she held her breath

Did you know that Twinkle was at that concert in Nimes?
