NickP Posted January 17, 2020 Share Posted January 17, 2020 We've used frequent traveller now for 15 years, we took out a new booking just before Christmas and it was £46 a journey. So it's obviously increased, it appears to go up £2 every 2 or 3 years. While I agree with Pom that the PO offer is good. Extra time getting to the Calais port, extra hour Travelling and then trying to get out of Dover port, nightmare, adds about 2-I/2 hours to our journey. Plus of course, the trains run 3 an hour. He had been used as a bait dog in dog fighting and is very seriously psychological damaged - not to mention the physical scars. Being only an hour from the Tunnel, it is a no brainer as most of the time we dont wait for more than half an hour at the very mos, whilst using the furries would add hours to what is quite a short overall journey time. Did wonder if it was a case similar to the airlines that if the service could not be used then you were entitled to your money back.
