Why this perpetual whingeing about expats working on the black? It is the norm in France. If they stopped it the overregulated system would grind to a halt. Try Bit Defender. Much better than anything I've come across in Europe (German I think) . Never had a problem, touch wood. But not the cheapest.

People who need the money are forced into illegality to give their families a decent standard of living and then some snidy little creep reports them.
