1.
Why bother reading it then? [blink] (I like binking I do)
I read about the first 4 paragraphs and got bored. Tell us more about this 'binking' you like doing.[:P]
 2.
Tresco! You naughty lapin, I saw that [:)]
I hope you admired my restraint (such as it was) as much as I did yours.[;-)][:)]
 3.
If English men dont look at her, how does she know they are rubbish at sex?  Unless she has been 'lucky' enough to get herself a half hearted encounter. English women keep dirty houses?  What all of them?  And only in England? All English women wear twinsets or something?  English men dont show their feelings?  Yesterdays material I think.  Boring boring boring yawn yawn yawn.
It's a  SPOOF (of yesterdays material, I admit).
 4.
... There's just so much kindling you can use so any ideas what I can usefully do with this please?  I don't want to just have a huge bonfire as there is too much and seems like a waste really.  Also, the wood is fairly 'thin' so I think it woulld not burn well or for long on the fire.  Should I cut it up and nail planks together with the old nails?  This seems like a lot of work, so any of you clever lot got a better solution?
Have you got any places out of the way where you could just dump it in piles, to become homes for lots of little critters?
Thats so cute , its only a baby , dont let the car get it , make it a little house to live in and feed it
It is the tiniest cutest thing I've ever seen. It has been fed but I'm living on a knife edge. I have laid trails of crumbs from the dishwasher  to the door, but I have to scuffle the trail if the OH sees it. The kitchen is his territory and I can't keep this up for much longer. No one told me this about living in France. OK, they did, but this is my dramatic moment. [:'(][;-)] What do people do with a mouse they have fallen in love with?
I had a good picture of my cats doing a 69 er but I cant find it right now , buggar[:(]
Oh! Is a 69er  a buggar. I always knew I was adrift of what these terms meant![:D] Here's my mouse. And my dishes.
In our house you just hang around with the camera and they will do some thing cute just to pose as long as there is a bit of cheese in it for them
Do you want to see a picture of my mouse? The cat hasn't caught him yet.
This will make you broody http://www.metacafe.com/watch/765920/these_kittens_are_so_cute/
I don't know about broody, Pads, but the third picture of the Cats/kittens in the sink made me laugh.[:D] How do people get these shots?
 9.

Crikey, I'm invisible...............................[:)]
Not invisible, just a failure to recognise socratic irony.  Which brings us right back to the original question.
You're on a roll today, Weedon![:-))] (Loved the mole pics etc)
 10. Clair gathered and posted this information with links when a similar question was asked. I've just copied it here so don't thank me![:)]
This is the official line to follow, as described here too, from the Ministère de l'Intérieur  This is their advice concerning neighbours This is something you could suggest to your neighbour as an alternative to a fine This is an advice group to help resolve neighbours conflicts. This is their page concerning animals
11. I found the comments following the extract far funnier then the article itself.  The book/article itself is a spoof though, surely?
 12.
True,  so why didn't the lady in the video use the pump on the other side which appears to be empty.........
I'm guessing she was drunk.  The second one, well there is no way of even guessing what was going on in her mind.
 13.
Just a point, it would really help those browsing if questions could be posted with taglines that give a good indication as to what the question is about. Most people are very good about this but there are some 'pretty vacant' exceptions. Just labelling a question 'help needed' is useless, and annoyingly relies upon the curiosity of the browsing person to open it up rather than offering the slightest clue as to what the question is about. There is even a question running at the moment with the tagline 'Um help'. What use is that?
There are a couple of ways to try and work out what the post/question is really about when the title doesn't make it quite clear.[:)] One is to roll your cursor over the title before clicking - the first line of the post comes up. The other is to look at the section title ('Education in France' etc). You've posted this in the Legal section so that didn't quite work out for me this time.[;-)]
 14.
Sorry, yes it is for Twinkle.

It's NOT for me!!!!!!!!!!  [8-)

No Tresco, it is for Twinkle.
I will leave you to decide amongst yourselves just who the flat is for.[:)]
 15.
It's NOT for me!!!!!!!!!!  [8-)] I'm going out for a couple of hours and if when I look back on this thread JK hasn't said anything then I'm going to tell you all the details[:)]
I bet it's Katie.
 16.
Sorry, yes it is for Twinkle.
Well well well. What do we have here? [:)] I've had a quickish look and basically found the same as you, but you forgot to mention the massive security deposits requierd for the flats that all cost too much[:'(] I wonder whether our 'googling in French' skills are up to the job, Katie?[:$] Perhaps Twinks could start contacting every person she's ever met and try to find some helpful contacts in Paris. I hope Twinks is happy to be embarking on this move?
 17.
Pads rolls over with very glazed eyes[blink]
I'm good, aren't I?[:-))]
 18.
....Moustaches? are you telling me you eat french men behind the sofa or are you a master spy?
Yoor tumeee is vairy soft and silkeeeeeee.[:-))][:D][:-))]
 19.
Is it celebrated in France?? What do the kids get up to???? Munchies...????
They come to your house and want sweets. The more evil the better recieved. If they're posh kids they want compliments on their costumes. And sweets.[:)]
 20.
...Got any room behind that sofa for me ?
Yup. I just need to move all these old moustaches and sound enhancement equipment to one side. [:D]
 21. Hi Gay. It makes a lot of sense doesn't it? For some reason I already knew that this happens in the USofA, but know nothing about whether it happens in GB.
 22.
I know I was led astray by a funny bunny that evening [:$] The only hand kissing I allow nowadays is from my little Balloo But I did use to have an elderly russian neighbour who when I stopped to talk to him in the street would kiss my hand then click his heels and stand up dead straight as a way of saying good bye, I use to humour him and let him get away with that , as he meant it in the best possible way, he was a real old gent.
Oh Pads I really enjoyed our roll around together. [:)] I understand about your Russian chap. I had a Belarus neighbour once who did pretty much the same, but again he was much older than me; probably in his 70's. It's not 'letting someone get away with it' if it isn't put on. I don't think I could do anything other than flinch if someone British did it. I think 'flinching' is an instinctive/spontanaeous reaction - one that you can't control. Uunless you are a spy, of course.
 23.
Oh, I take it your missed her imput into the French Lady in Illfracombe thread?
See my post on page one of this thread. I've been following that particular thread (some nice and even sensible people there) and think I might have contributed to its derailment.
 24.
Oh Tresco, I have had enough twiddle twaddle with her to last a lifetime.  She is texting me and ringing me at work now.
She's concerned about you! We all are! Only kidding, but you knew that didn't you? [:-))][6][kiss] Terry Wogan?
