1. So the torch relay hasn't democratised the Olympic experience for you lot either [6] (planning my escape to France while it's on)
2. I see where you're coming from, presumably that's why so many pundits are divided as to whether the outcome of Greece and its people will affect other members and why some investors are switching to the pound,  ?
3. truly fascinating, didn't notice any dates flashing up anywhere? What a very unsettled territory central europe was . . .  is!
4.
Where's me cake then? [:P]
Do they get anybetter than this Girly Chocolate Birthday Cake Happy birthday all, there should be enough to go round if you share!
5. I feel like  .telegraph. /Matt's/ cartoon in the DT today, if only I knew which would cost us least . . . . 'Do you want to pay the Greeks to stay in the euro, or pay them to leave' my guess is that either way, this will not be the end of this damn euro matter
6. Facing-grexit they said it couldn't happen, now they mention civil war in the same breath, or is it just a scam to oblige the markets to bail-out the €uro indefinitely . . . ? £ exchange €1.255 and rising - with the market falling
7. This stuff is always fitted to the inside of the glass, I can't picture the HRW on your car, but  the ''little wires'' should be away from the edge of the rear screen, trim round on edge of the glass until you near the HRW connection, pull back the film off the rear glass and then cut and rub back onto the glass.
8. My two experiences in the UK are that there is a public waiting room and the procedure is conducted in a treatment room with about 4 staff, I chose not to have anaesthetic/sedation, (which the staff seemed to prefer that you don't) and though slightly uncomfortable ([:-))]) meant I was able to drive home. By far the worse part is the guk of the previous 24hrs to the hilarious amusement of those around me! In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun, find the fun and you'll agree, it's as easy as can be! Good Luck[:)]
9. The only time I’ve ever seen one in France, it was an English tourist.’[:D] Coming under scrutiny here by the Department for Transport and in Holland, where the vehicles are subject to road traffic laws; the problem is being taken seriously, transport minister Norman Baker has commissioned officials to investigate, citing evidence that in at least one area of the country young people are using the scooters ‘because the insurance and tax is less inhibitive than with cars or motorbikes’.   Britain-mobility-scooter-capital-Europe-300-000-roads.
10. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/globalbusiness/9261905/High-earners-say-au-revoir-to-France.html ''François "I hate the rich" Hollande, the man with THREE properties on the Riviera, and a personal fortune of £1.5 Million. A more classic example of a hypocritical "socialist" would be hard to find (Blair excepted).'' Can this be true? People should be told[:D]
11. Great guy and great legacy, my memories of him are his cars, in the 70's; driving a Mustang 350gt (how could something that big be so quick); a friend had a sunbeam tiger, which Shelby built the prototype, and Ken Miles had a hand too, but the most awesome memory is when hillclimbing at Gurston in the 70's, watching Paul Channon in his red cobra rolling up, swopping silencers for pipes, setting a blistering ftd, making it look soo easy, then replacing silencers and driving home! no plastic, no stripes or chrome rollbars, just a quick car. When trawling for pics I found that he still has the car and at 85 years old driving it at goodwood, way to go.  http://www.gt40s.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=22015&d=1184510774
12.
Ahh Blaster Bates, I had to pull over one time I was listening to him whilst driving, couldn't see for tears in my eyes [:D]
Are you sure it was tears and not a ''shower of 5hit over Shropshire?''?[:D]
13. Portillo's Great Euro Crisis Analysis of Greek situation seems show the impossibility of the Eurozone becoming more united . . .
14. Almost certainly the British are in the minority and outnumbered by a lot of people with expectations a lot different to theirs . . . [:D]
15.
because he didnt know where he was going, didnt know where he was when he got there and did it with someone else's money!!
[:D] the fantasists have had their day, parrallels with blair are frightening; what odds Hollande isn't remembered for the same as the last socialist goverment in UK  -  letting a nightmare in by the back door and leaving a note to say there isn't any money . . .
16. Read on, talk about hysterical rectum, I especially liked ''Good results at first interrogation'' and ''Spiced nuts''[:-))]
17. Having just watched a bit of Sarkozy's address in which he warned that should the country turn to socialism then it is likely to follow the route of Greece, Italy, and Spain, (quite possibly IMHO). Despite this the polls seem to show that his personality is the problem and turkeys will be voting for Christmas. What price the € next week?[:P]

20. I have had several occasions when my automatic login to the forum has dropped out and initial attempt with my password to log-on rejected, sometimes a second or third attempt will work (I'm fairly confident I use the same password)[8-)] However today that did not happen, so I requested my 'forgotten' password to receive the gobbledegook below and successfully logged on, however I then attempted to change the password Despite complying with the original login, and then attempting to change the gobbledegook to my own password the link does not work, taking me through the Archant ‘’this page does exist’’ and then to magazine subscription page! Finally I attempt the perverse ‘’reply to this e-mail at [email protected]; which of course failed. This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. [email protected] I then attempted to contact the Forum administrator and received   ''This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. [email protected] Please advise how I might change my password from the gobbledegook to my own, I am puzzled as to the number of times that my automatic log-in is cancelled and my (only) password rejected? 22. I have nothing to add about DSK walking the tightrope he chose, but am moved to say that the future of the country is decided by the government chosen, less so the personalities that cloud the issue, ''Democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried '' Churchill. Having seen what happened to the markets last week with the first whiff of the possibility of a socialist government getting in, I would have to vote tactically to ensure that it didn't, and if I need any further motivation I'd remind myself of what happened under a socialist government in UK and where that led.
23. OOpps, I see the double post button is broke already[8-)]
24. My old Kenwood electronic 4 slice is still going strong 12 years on, whereas to keep up with fashion, my son has just chosen the Magimix Vision Toaster, which is see through, so you get to see the bread colour as it toasts, it also toasts one side, great for toasted sandwiches, (do you like your crunch on the inside or the outside?) luurxury indeed, when I were a lad we toasted one side with a fork.[:)] Toast straight from the toaster warm enough to melt the butter is my preference.
