I agree ALBF, it looks abandoned (plenty of broken windows) so probably for sale as well. And not a chateau either, a manoir or maison de maitre perhaps. Bearing in mind that immobiliers rarely put the exact location of properties they have for sale, they can be hard to track down, unless you visit with them.
