Suandpete Posted July 24, 2004 Share Posted July 24, 2004 We're about 20 mins or 28K north in a village called St Varent.There are quite a few Brits living nearer to Parthenay - there is a group called the GT (Get Together) group which has several hundred members living in Deux-Svres - mostly British but also French, Dutch, Belgian etc and a relatively large percentage of their membership is in the Parthenay area.Are you thinking of moving to the area?
