As I thought, it is the old version before I added in caveats about using cement in the mix, what the actual parts by volume are, about how to apply mortar with rubber gloves rather than a trowel, water quantities, etc. Oh well, I suppose it's more important to fill the page for free than to make sure the information is complete!
