'morning !

John, that song by Lou Reed and Pavarotti is just... beautiful... sends shivers down the spine !

I saved it to my favourites.. Unfortunately, the second link did not work for me ( ?)

I find Stevie Riks really has a talent imitating the beatles, especially Macca, have a look at this , medley / the white album

Very funny, but I couldn't help but keep thinking of Ozzy or Nigel Planer during the Lennon bits.  The "Eh oop" bit made me laugh.

His Ringo face is spot on.

Do tell what it is like at 5 o'clock in the morning as it has been many years since I returned home at that time!![Www]

Actually 5am is a pretty good time anytime, quiet usually and not too many crowds around!,
get up if you're not coming home, and watch the dawn, it reminds you why its good to be alive!

[8-|] Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.

After your last post John, here is for you " enjoy the silence" ..

I ve always found the lyrics of this song very true and beautiful...

I loved the velvet underground song but what a tragic end to the video !! [blink][blink]

I agree , the very early morning hours are calm and quiet, there is a special atmosphere, it smells of coffee or tea, a look outside and if the sky is getting pink or purple, then.. it s a good feeling..
