They are the same time zone as the UK.Algeria too I think.Remember it is East/West that counts for time, not North/South.South Africa for example is the same as France. A lady called on behalf of EDF trying to convince me that I could cover the costs of my elec consumption, presumably with photovoltaïque - but I didn't give her a chance to convince me... Gluestick Posted August 16, 2016 Share Posted August 16, 2016 My way of dealing with the increasing volume of these damned irritating calls (In France), is to put on my best Gorbals accent and say "I dinna ken what yer blathering abute, Jimmie!"In the UK, I invariably use my best Eastern European cum Russian accent and say..."meeaagh; me janitor, no answer phone, Niet! not allowed; dey out; Dah!
