NormanH Posted October 2, 2013 Author Share Posted October 2, 2013 They are like fillets of the duck breast, so are very tender.I buy them from a local producer 'sous vide' (vacuum-wrapped?) and they only need a couple of minutes on each side so they don't dry out.
