chessfou
Hi can anyone point me in the direction of long lets, 2 bed garden etc, 12mth lease
France is different. In UK standard lease is 6/11/12 months. In France standard lease is 3 years.FNAIM is a good starting point:http://www.agences-immobilieres.com/reseau-immobilier/fnaim.htmclick on "voir le site" (centre of page) and take it from there. Cat
It might help if you could specify the area of France that you are interested in as well.
That is the case, but the renter can give 3 months notice to leave at any time during the 3 years, which can be quite useful.Sue

cooperlola
Just a quick example of what's around herehttp://www.immobilier.notaires.fr/pls/d_immo/Seldept.aff_dept?vsecteur=72Take a look at the notaire.fr site under "rechercher un bien". There are loads and loads of rental properties available through notaires all over France.
