AnOther Posted November 26, 2008 Share Posted November 26, 2008 Don't know if this will help but in France there has been a statute on the books since 1998forbidding carrier locks beyond a six-month introductory window so if yours was bought in France and more than 6 months have passed go back to where you got it and demand they unlock it.
