Iron radiators

I'm about to sell 7 of these cast iron monsters, varying between 19 element (desperately heavy) down to 5 element (just heavy). I read somewhere that they are efficient, and still have plenty of value. To restore their image they only need cleaning and painting, having been removed this year.

Can anyone hazard a guess at what may be a reasonable price to ask for them?

You could have a look at some of the prices being asked on EBAY.  I don't know how realistic they are, but as you see, some are priced up to 400€

We had some old cast iron radiators which we reused and had to buy some modern, lighter ones.  There is no comparison as far as heating and heat retention goes :  the old cast iron ones knock spots off the modern things.  Ebay is always a good place to check prices.....

Are they sectional ones?

I would estimate about £70 each.

Dismantled shot blasted stove-enamelled and rebuilt about £200 each.

Very popular for refurbs in London.
