I would like to meet with someone with good french, probably at my house, who also has a good understanding of water and electricity rates etc, to go through my bills with me and make sure that I am on the right track, because I have a feeling I may not be. I am happy to pay for this consultancy (and provide transport if necessary). I am in Argenton Les Vallées.
