Do you have any idea how far the drive would be from Avignon??  I have about 75 or more books (in English) that I could donate.  They are far too many and too heavy to send via La Poste.  I am guessing you are too far for me to drive to donate them, but I thought I would ask the question.

April 21st does allow a good bit of time, but I am afraid the postage would kill me.  Bound to be far more than a train ticket or a tank of gasoline.

Just thought I might be able to help.

I have been three times and it is becomming more of a scrum. We normally arrive early and visit friends afterwards.

I would guess about 550 kilometres from Avignon and at least six hours driving and a return cost including peages and assuming an economical diesel of at least 150 euros.

So very nive thought but does not make financial sense.
