I 'm in a cooking mood.. I'm preparing a " rouelle de porc" au curry with small roast potatoes and carrots and onion..  ( for Lunch).

This week end I want to cook a " Tajine de poulet"; do you make tajines in England? ( it is originally from Morocco)

Some music from North Africa, the new generation, who wants freedom and have fun

Faudel Tellement je t aime  ( love you so much)

I can sing the parts in arabic, cos I learnt some when I was a teacher ( for three months)  for  military men in Jordania !

[:)]  Hi Steve

It s nice to watch !

Once, in Liverpool, I had a soup that was made with milk and Hadock ( the smoked orange fish [:)]); pepper, potatoes, etc, it has a strange name I have not remembered , but I loved it to bits, any idea of what it is called?

I think it may be Irish.

And it s not la soupe aux choux  LOL

You have to be French to get that last sentence I guess.. [:D]

Could be Cullen Skink though I could never eat something that sounds like it could be smelly road kill.[+o(]

I make something called Tunisian Lamb Stew which sometimes ends up as Tunisian Lamb Stew Surprise after I look at the price of lamb and buy something cheaper.  Why is it that recipes indicate the preparation time in minutes and it takes me an hour or more?

Keeping to the spirit of the music corner.........Blackpool people eat this most days and call it Lancashire Hot Pot

Yep, that was definitely cullen skink, and I found that excellent.

Thanks Steve and Weedon!

Now I can cook it here .

Back to music, before I go and clean the bathroom . [:)]

Paul sings for Yvonne   ( In France it is an old fashioned name. And in the UK ? )

He'd better sing " Régiiiinnnnne"   [;-)][Www][:)]

I know it as EEEEvonne, some people pronounce it eeVONNE.

Try this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI-UKG14gGE read the instructions on the right. He only appears if you have been good.

I must have been very very good, cos I saw HIM, not on the ceiling as there's no ceiling where I am, I'm under the roof and it s all wood and beams... [:)]
