Frenchie!

Congtrats for the 500 plus thread[:)]

I met Danny Brillant this summer and we were both having our make up done in the same dressing room - name dropper is my middle name by the way[:D]

Anyway (I feel like Truman Cappote) he had his own make-up bag with him and absolutely insisted on YSL Touch d'Eclat under his eyes[:-))]

Krusty!

What have you done?

You've got me thinking of when I was 19 and I was seeing someone who was 'promised' to another [:$] it really was love or lust - or somethng ridiculous like that  - at first sight[:)]

On a Friday  we would meet up at the end of the night in secret.  It was his night out with his mates and I would be out with mine.  We had a code to let the other know when we had arrived at the packed pub we both used to go to.  It was this song.

As soon as we'd hear it we would start pushing through the crowd until - all of our sudden our eyes would meet and WHOOSH, BANG, WHIZZ!!!

Thin Lizzy bring back so many memories of a particular time in my life - remember this 'chef d'oeuvre'?

I saw Thin Lizzie at Cheltenham Town Hall in 1971 - it was my first live concert and my parents did not know that I went.  I was 14.  There was a supporting group called Sundance and they bought my friend and I drinks backstage.  Babychams in those days!

My dad's band also did this one but the Keith version took over and beat them in the hit parade.
