crossy67 Posted January 21, 2011 Share Posted January 21, 2011 I was quite lucky really, not as lucky as I would have liked but free money is hard to come by [:(]I transferred a large chunk of savings over just as the rate was starting to dip, I ended up with a touch over 1.2 in the end, the rate was about 1.22 if I remember correctly. We changed a small amount (about 25K) at 1.18, then about 65k at 1.14 and a final tranche at 1.17.Still, I don't care because I was just glad the deal was done and we have secured the house.
