That's Alum Bay.

Blackgang Chine has the giant pirate outside, you can stand right between his legs and still have plenty headroom.

But your confusion is understandable, because Blackgang Chine is crumbling away, and gets smaller every year.  I blame Western capitalism.
Exactly, I would go out and sit on a mountain on my own.
You should do that more often, and ponder the correct spelling of your footballing heroes' surnames.

Its Cruyff!!!

(until some pedant with the correct Dutch spelling comes along that is)[:-))]

There was Miki, so busy playing foot(s)ie with you, he let you off.

Mmmm that's right ! Alloa Atletico, sort of a Spanish Scottish team

but with rain and snow where preferably  sun and sangria would be

so much nicer.

Ah, now Blackgang Chine, is that the one with the play come

adventure park which has half fallen away and the rest you can still go

to, please be gentle with me, I haven't been there since eldest lad was

our only lad. And if I recall isn't there a nice pub just along the

road, grasping at probablities here but it does ring a bell, well it

did at 11 p.m.

I kinda blame it on global falling.

Here's one for you, of him doing his 'total football' thing.

Not a bad player for someone with a leg and a half.

LOL Miki, I've still got drawings my evil twin used to do, well copies really, of photos in 'Shoot!' and Goal!' before they became 'Shoot and Goal' (an inferior magazine).

All the pictures look like the originals in many ways, but they nearly all look as though they have one leg, or one leg is the size of a bus, and the other's like a walking stick.

Are we still on topic?

I smooched with Glenn Hoddle (don't care if I spelt it wrong Tresco!) when I was 13 at my cousins engagement party - he was about 20 at the time and he was mates with my cousin who lived in Harlow.  I kept a scrap book on him afterwards and I thought he was fab. I would even watch football matches on TV just to get a glimpse of him - I'll always remember he smelled wonderful.

Twinkle

Are you living in a fantasy world?  Glenn Hoddle, yuck, he had so much hair.

I spelt it wright[:D]

Honestly, he was a babe to me at the time.  I shall try to find a photo of him before I drown in the red water!
