Xmas transport strike

Recommended Posts

Road hauliers' unions are talking of a strike to begin on the 13th December and to last right over the festive season into January. Their targets are specifically supermarkets and other festive season relevant outlets, with the aim of causing the maximum and discontent possible. The issue is, of course, MONEY, what else.

So, perhaps the odd candle and can of baked beans in reserve might be caled for.

Nah, just the ingrediants for wind power!

But we have been promised powercuts this winter anyway so I thought a few candles in the wind......[:P]

Anyway, why aren't you home yet for Xmas? No expat stays there for Xmas unless they want to?

Or unless they have to..........sometimes a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do !

An unfortunate choice had to be made, but thats life !
