In context of the weather, what does 'virvolter' mean? I've looked in all my dictionaries and an online translater and nothing comes up.

Weel that has certainly been true of the weather for some time now!!  Wind seems to be changing speed and direction all the time at the mo!

Possibly because the title is misspelt?

It should be virevolter.

I also tried vervolter with no luck. I did wonder if I was spelling it correctly.
