Amazon.fr contact

I have a dispute with Amazon.fr in relation to non refund of returned goods.

I am pulling my hair out (if I had any) trying to find a contact number or even an email address to discuss the problem with them.

I have done a search and found a number which has now been removed.

There is nothing I can see on their website apart from web based suggestions as to what to do

Any ideas folks?

Panic over, eventually found it, obviously an age thing!

Not an age thing at all. I needed to phone Amazon UK and it took ages to find a number. They don't want you to ring them-that's the point.

Oh yes, been there, and failed. It's so difficult to find a direct contact. There used to be a contact form page but it's gone.

As stated I did eventually find the contact email and fired off a complaint not expecting much.

However, less than 5 minutes after I sent the email I had a reply back stating that they had looked at the problem and I would receive a complete refund including carriage costs within 1-2 weeks.

Amazed I was, plus all written in solid English!!

A couple of years ago I had a major problem with Amazon.fr

I solved the problem by contacting the big boss of Amazon in the USA. He subsequently instructed Amazon.fr to get a grip and the problem was very rapidly sorted out.
