cooperlola
Although not strictly a health issue, this is related. Don't forget that you can register to vote for French MEPs, and in local elections. Your interest in local matters, and influence over who and who does not represent you in Europe, could help a lot with your lobbying efforts - as well as showing a commitment to being here! Registration for next year closes at the end of this one. Please think about going to your Mairie and registering before another year goes by.http://www.frenchhealthissues.eu/voting/vote.htm

ams
We registered 8 months after we arrived and 8 months after we asked for the road outside our house to be repaired. It took 6 months after completing the documents to get our names onto the system. ams
Keith CHANNING
Thanks for the nudge. We've downoaded and filled the forms which we shall take to the Mairie early next week. It has also reminded us to do the UK Postal Ballot and registration forms (although why an MP in Salisbury would be at all interested in any problems we may have is beyond us).Keith
