Mine had not arrived, was done in February this year through the Post Office. According to their records I was not on the system, I am now and should receive it in 7-10 days. The number for the Uk is 0845 606 2030 make sure you have your National Insurance No in case you are not on the system . Remeber old E111 are no valid at year end. I just think I gave the name can't remember them asking for the securite sociale number. Ours came within about three weeks, but I did apply in summer.
