Janey Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 I know this isn,t strictly related to France but I,ve got a 12 yr old here crying her eyes out because somehow shes blocked her phone. Her phone is Nokia 3410 and she,s been playing around with PIN codes..told her not to and now all her phone say,s is sim card rejected. I haven,t got a clue what to do so I,m just hoping that some technical experts out there might be able to help. Thankyou Janey and a teary eyed Chantelle. Jc Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 1.Read the instructions;they should tell you how to unblock it.2.Contact your service supplier(by landline) and they will take you thro' the procedure-it usually consists of feeding in a large number of numbers/letters ending in a new sequence of numbers which will be your new PIN code.Be warned they will want your account details etc. to check you are who you say are.
