I am trying to regulate the temperature and I'm assuming it is the "screw" marked + and - to the right of the thermometer? doesn't seem to do much though? The thermometer on the incubator says 101 degrees F, but the clinical thermometer I have put in to check it says 98.4 degrees F[8-)] Which one do I believe????
