HoneySuckleDreams
HiI have heard that the maximum you can earn in a Micro-bic regime is going up in 2007 from 27K to something over 30K, I have also heard that the Abatament fiscal (??) where your costs are deducted before you start paying tax/cotisations is also going up to 50%. Can anyone confirm this? Regards
Iceni
1. No idea as to any possible increase from 27 to 30+ but doubtless will hear in due course2. Allowable % varies according to trade/profession anyway.Johnnot
Panda
HelloAnyone heard any more on this, I too have heard it quoted but nothing official, I was told the upper limit for prof liberale was going up to 34k, would be great if it's true.Panda
Anton Redman
I would check the maths on this. The only time I looked hard at the figures you were better off going for full registration before you reched about 75% of the turnover limit. orbit
could you explain why ?
Anton Redman
Because with a micro bic you pay a percentage of sales with the Government's estimates of what your allowable costs would be. Based on the numbers I worked through for a small building opperation unless if you could persuade your clients to pay for all materials direct to the supplier you were still worse off than full TVA registration. Also if you are billing business the same problem as being below the VAT threshold in the UK kicks in. HoneySuckleDreams
I can understand that. However, I'm intending to be a Conseil de Logiciel (or some such title as the lady at URSSAF didn't like me calling myself a "Consultant") , so no sales or TVA. Thinking of the right title for what you do seems to be an important factor.Still thinking carefully about it all.
Panda
HelloI'm a consultant but was named a Conseil de Gestion here and gave as wide a brief as I could to cover all eventualities!
clarksinfrance
I believe going up to €32,184 this is shown on our Appel des Cotisations 2008 as base forfaitaire for our micro.
