Unknown
I have a big pile of irony if any one is offering.Perhaps Chris's new found pink may also find he quite likes housework.
Cassis
I don't think the New Chris does housework. Could spoil his manicure.

Cassis
I assume we are still on topic as we are talking about HAND holding. One for Tresco. A sort of Chris Head connection of sorts, as well.
Unknown
That was probably his worst look ever.
Cassis
But very sad and vulnerable - always got the sympathy vote. We have some guests in tonight who have been using househunting agent/handholding agent today - not very impressed, apparently.

Cassis
Irony is, it's the same one we used - we weren't impressed either, until on day two he showed us this place![:D]
Unknown
Are you going to tell your guests that Cassis?
Cassis
They know he found us this place - we told them the last time they came here, a few weeks ago, on a house hunt. I didn't know they were going to follow him up, though. To some extent whether they're going to find what they want or not depends on what is on the market at the moment and what their expectations are, just as much as the agent. He's an estate agent as well, you see.

Attika
Most decent agencies would provide these add ons for free. We automatically change the water, electricity, gas etc to the new owner's name, we accompany them to a bank of their choice (we're lucky enough to also have an English speaking bank in our region) to set up mortgage and bank accounts, and will happily put them in touch with people to set up SKY, do renovations etc. It should all be part of the service of any decent agency and certainly should not be charged for. I imagine that if you ask, your agent will be only too happy to perform these services for you - after all setting up your direct debit for your phone, electricity etc only takes a moment. However if you need someone to be present to meet the France Telecom engineer should you require a new phone line (or satellite installation) then this would be charged for, but the prices quoted at the beginning of this are huge!!Claire Healy (Attika International) www.attikainternational.com
