1. On my first Mini Cooper which I rallied I had a Lucas foglight on the boot door and a Lucas swiveling roof lamp. The rear fog was great for fast reversing and the roof lamp was great for just about everything. Are they still ok to have these days?
2. Dear Mr. Dog You have consistently disrupted this thread. The OP asked a perfectly reasonable question about the whereabouts of shooting ranges in the Aude. In case you do not know shooting (pistol, rifle and clay target) is recognised as a Olympic discipline but as far as I can gather “kite flying” is not. Now might I suggest that you use some, if not all of the hot air that appears to issue from your person to help you fly your kite a little bit higher and perhaps some day you may gain international recognition. In the meantime why don’t you be a good little doggy and take your bone and get into your kennel and stop boring us. [:D]
3. Hello There is a club in Carcassonne at Pont Rouge they have a 25mt all calibre and a 50mt all calibre range plus a airgun range. They are open most days. There is a club in Lezignan which has 25mt and 50mt facilites you can shoot there anytime, members get a key. If you want any more info about shooting in France pm me, I am pretty well up on this.
4. I wonder why whenever someone comes out in favour of rewarding people for making money you all start to hop up and down. Perhaps it is bitterness at your inability to "fill yer boots". Champers and new helicpters all round I say.
5. You can get copies of any companies kbis on line. I find this helps to trace peoples adresses. So, for example, if you are owed money by a company and find that the gerant is a little bit on the slippery side then you can normally get a address and from there a phone number or go knock on the door.
6. 1.0898. The plain fact is that the pound cannot rise in the next few weeks because I am waiting for a new engine to be built for my MGB and will have to pay in pounds. So it will only go down until after I pay up for the engine.[:D]
7. Ee bah gum look at this http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/6360466/UKs-budget-deficit-will-leave-pound-weak-until-at-least-2014.html don't hold your breath out there
8. Could this be another nail in the great british coffin http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=a72zaFNruWKM [:D]
9.

Ex-Lax, and plenty of it, thrown surreptitiously over a fence when the owner isn't looking, will give you sweet revenge! Hopefully someone will come up with a legal solution but, meanwhile, this will make you feel better and give the owner a big problem.
Necarine, what a stupid disgusting thing to suggest. It is not the dogs fault but the owners. Someone, no doubt with a similar mindset to you,  put some meat laced with slug pellets into my garden which poisoned my beautiful standard poodle, by the time we reached the vets he was almost gone and I held him while he took his last breath. Now if I ever see anyone giving any sort of drugs to any animal I can assure you that they will visit the nearest emergency room and stay there for quite a long time.[:(][:@]
So let me get this right. You would not condone anyone doing anything to a dog, but you would be willing to assault a human being and put them in hospital?
That would be a certainty if I saw anyone deliberately  harming a animal or for that matter a defenceless human being. Bullies deserve at least that.

16. Pehaps this may be helpfull. http://clcv.org/La-CLCV-eclaire-les-nouveaux.6808.0.html
17. But will the fake tories under "call me Dave" do any better. They will inherit a mountain of debt with very lefty liberal policies. The uk will sink even further until it is taken over by the Sulanate of Somewhere. There is only one answer, bring back Maggie. [:D] Ps the pound is 1.1362 this am.
18. Ee bah gum the pound is at 1.1384€ this morning. Will it dip below 1.10€ this week? Will Gordy and Mandy with their Darling be able to save Brittannia?[:D]
19.
So the weak British government just limps on and we all suffer.
There is no doubt that the weakness of sterling is causing a bit of a problem for people whose income is in sterling. But spare a thought for those of us who earn in euros. We had it really bad for a couple of years but now we are able to snap up bargains in the poor old  uk. So lets all hope for at least a 1 to 1 exchange or dare I say a 75ct pound.[:D]
20. You could always burn a few tyres in the middle of the road and jump about with a banner or two. Or you could always make a bit more money and get over it.
21. Hi I had this happen to me. The garage replaced the timing chain wrongly and it chewed up the front of the engine. This happened in germany (a good place to have a chewed up merc engine). It was a brit reg car with french insurance(AGF). I had a german expert do a report and later the insurers had a report done in France. Anyway they recovered me the cost of the repaires(2400€) plus the cost of car hire and accomadation. So if you think a garage has done a bad fitting job on the cambelt ask the repairers what they think and then it may be worthwhile getting a expert opinion about it..
22. Why don't you plant melons and tomatoes on the affected area they should do quite well.[:D]
23. So who would you have as President? Why do you think Mr. Sarkozy is bad for you and for France?
24. Gordy Broon has found his Willie. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/2523355/Lord-Mandelson-described-as-Gordon-Browns-Willie.html [:D]
25. Was Bugsy was. Now that  Broon and his little darling have brought the economy to the level of Somalia, that will be no more. Wait until the rating gets downgraded and the Broon gang carries on sabotaging the country, then the pound will plumb new depths. [:D]
