1.
Some of the girls yes, but I'm not sure about the one with the tape measure.............................[Www]
Would you care to 'expand' on that subject..... [Www] .... admitting to bravado or deficiency ?.... [;-)]
 2. [:-))] [:D] Jayjay and Cooperlola !!! FANTASTIC !!!!! I came down for a cuppa just now as I had woken up from a very bad dream (hopefully nothing ominous).... and also to bid fond farewell to Son&Heir (going back to work abroad)  as OH is taking him to Heathrow in the next 1/2 hour.... seeing these postings! really has put me in a good happy mood for the day [:D]
 3.
Which Swedish switched witch watch which Swiss Swatch watch Switch?" Et maintenant vous pouvez essuyer votre écran !!!
Ah! but! something got lost in the translation!... The english text makes no mention of the fact that the Swedish witches were transsexuals...[:-))] [:$] .... or is the word 'switched' alluding to this little fact that they have switched their batting over to be ready for their inning .... or is it their running... [8-)] ... Such a sticky wicket all this lingo [Www]
 4.
First 2007 sighting of Easter eggs being put out in our local Waitrose !![:)]
Here too ! saw them this evening coming back from work and stopping at my local Coop for some milk but then they were selling Xmas wrapping paper, Xmas and gift cards, etc.... as early as the August bank holiday last.....  What will they sell between Easter and the August Bank holiday?...
 5.
.........Its a bit like the mother that ceremoniously sterilizes the babies bowl and spoon, but then allows them to put a toy in its mouth from the floor. ....
[+o(] it's when they pick up the dummies off the floor! [+o(] that gets me!....
 6. My manager would love this article[:-))]! ... or would he? [:(] His desk is bare (bar his computer)! His office has all the files as straight as soldiers on parade. We laugh that even the wastepaper basket is well ordered!.... His calculator, his pen, etc...  live in the top drawer of his desk and only come out when required. As quick(er) and as soon as (if not sooner) the purpose for which they came out of obscurity is no longer there, back in the top drawer they go... So in the course of solving a problem where the calculator really needs to stay ON the desk, all we have is the shoosh and bang of that drawer!!  My desk at home is just a pile of bills and study stuff at the mo. I amazingly find whatever I need too first time. OH stays well clear of it. As to my desk at work ... this minute: unfinished lunch box open, mug of earl grey getting cold, December month end paperwork to finish by this evening, banking stats, bowl of apples and madarins, computer, keyboard, box of tissue, calculator etc... oh! and a 1/2 eaten bar of chocolate from this morning break! all fighting for some space.... this evening : open the drawer and it all get sweep into it and the paperwork is neatly tidy put away in a file, most probably not the correct one but eh! there is always the last friday in the month to do the (correct) filing!....[:D]
 7.
... 420000 reported cases, in fact an epidemic of gastro enteritis and what is the advice to evite this??????????? It must be rocket science or some such thing coz they say, wash your hands after going to the toilet, or before preparing or eating food, and after changing the baby.........
My father would never allow us to approach the table for our meals UNLESS he'd seen us wash and scrub our hands or confirmation from Mother that we had done so! ...  Even at school I remember the dining room monitor inspecting our hands if they had a scant whiff of carbolic on them. Horrible soap it was, the smell of it still makes me [+o(] just to think of it! Done the same with my kids.... Their friends used to laugh at them at school but they had the last laugh as the only food they were ill with periodically was the school cantine food! They soon learned to trust their daily lunch box of home cooked food and the problem was soon solved and their friends ill in the sanatorium...

By then I was severly comatosed by a combination of too much of the happy bubbly nectar and large dosages of cold flu remedies..... I know they don't mix but Waowee the effect!! ..... OH didn't even noticed until last night!!... the fact that the decs were down, that is... as he went to bed at 9.30pm! because he had to go on a ride out with his biking mates next day... He realised that I was 'under the weather' when he didn't have any tea on his return from his biking trip....Men!...  Anyway now the house looks CLEAN and TIDY ! and ready for spring/summer flowers ...... [:D] Already have some daffodils and snow drops in the garden!   PS : I have tried on 3 occasions today to change my signature and each time I had 'Server error etc... gobbledeegook' message.... so Dear Readers you will have to put up with the little clip of this French Xmas song until the problem is resolved.....

 18.
.... I have a thought for my son whose flight is due in Heathrow on Friday, around lunch time, from Armenia where he is working. .....
[:(]   ...Well the latest update (6am this morning!)  is that his flight is delayed from his end because the connecting flight he needs to take, has not yet arrived from Kazakstan....    Borat!! (Kazakstani for dugger! for duck! for Gawdsake!) [:P] then at his airport in Yerevan there is a couple of feet of snow and planes are grounded till further notice!... so.... Ho! Ho! Then New Year hopefully in London with my sister, if she manages to get out of bed and get on the train from Niort! if not with my daughter in Canterbury [:D] Joyeux Noël à tous et toutes [:D]
 20. Well, whilst I commiserate with you all on this situation, I have a thought for my son whose flight is due in Heathrow on Friday, around lunch time, from Armenia where he is working. His last Email was on Tuesday evening, telling me that he was now out of contact as they had to take their satellite dish down, because of blizzards forecasted, as well as putting it into secure storage, and that 3 of his colleagues had been stranded for 2 days in Yerevan (the capital with the only airport in the country) as their flight to UK was delayed due to fog there. He was leaving his place some 300 miles south east of Yerevan yesterday (Wed.20th) morning in expectation that they could find the road covered with heavy snow fall and drifts and that at the highest point : 2500m (approx 7000ft) it may be blocked altogether....  Sounds like loadza fun [:(]   Merry Xmas to you all...[:)]
 21.
In answer to your question Gary, a good deal less time than it takes Mr Cooperlola.  What do men do in the bathroom, for goodness sake?
[:-))]       I am SO glad that someone else has this problem!.... [:D]  My daughter and I  have always wondered if other men took SO long.....
 22. Je vous souhaite tous et toutes un très Joyeux Noël et vous envoie mes Meilleurs Voeux pour 2007 [:D]
