From Sue's link it seems that the old paper cards are being replaced with new plastic ones with a photo on them, rather like the Carte Vitale; and the name is changing : Depuis le 1er janvier 2017, la carte mobilité inclusion (CMI) remplace les cartes de priorité, stationnement et invalidité.
