Anybody else suffered - how often will this happen?[/quote]Hi, Unless you have government pensions ie. police, teacher etc. all pensions are taxable ONLY in France. However , if one of your pensions is a state retirement pension, and you are covered by an E121 for health-care, then no social charges (including CRDS) are due on any of your pensions (except certain privately purchased annuities which do not form part of a work pension scheme). If you are covered by E121 let me have your email address and I will send you a letter to claim back the CRDS--BUT make sure you have been correctly declaring your pensions as defined above.
