CeeJay
Could anyone please help with the French for 'Double knitting wool' I know the literal translation but have an idea it might not be that!
SaligoBay
Ceejay, there is no direct equivalent of DK wool.Wool is sold according to the size of needles it's suitable for, rather than the nature of the wool itself. It'll be printed on the label, I think it's a little crossed-needles symbol with "3mm" or whatever printed on it.So if you know what needle size you use DK with (3-4mm ?) that's what you'll be asking/looking for.Happy knitting!
