And the children will often not make a noise or alert anyone to their suffering because pedophiles are experts at control. The laws in France until now have favoured these people. I don't know whether it has changed, but kids only had until five years after reaching majority to report it. Which means that those who remembered when they were older could do absolutely nothing.
