Mr Coeur de Lion
Who created this pile of rubbish? It's comparableto the junk Andy Warhol used to do (example pointless 8 hour film of someone sleeping). This was 90 minutes of shear boredom. Fifteen cameras pointing just at him during a game. Ok hesets a goal up, but the rest of the time he spent walking around, orfalling over or trying to look involved as the ball rarely came to him.Doesn't portray him in a very good light. Even Beckham did more, which is saying something! Highlight of the whole film was when he was substituted, which brought the thing to an end.I was expecting great things from this documentary. A wasted opportunity to showcase his brilliant skills.I was looking forward to this so much.I can't believe they actually have the cheek to ask people to pay money for this (thank god I didn't).A very sad 1/10. Mr Coeur de Lion
Hahaha. Unfortunately not. That was the best bit of the WC final too.
Framboise
I was sent a short film of Zidane performing his head-butt & kicking routine to the Benny Hill music - Yakketty Sax sn't it?. Very funny it was too. If anyone wants it, PM me with email address & I will send it back to you.
Mr Coeur de Lion
Ah... there should be more of that in football. Especially against Liverpool players......
Chief
Don't let the film detract from the fact that during your lifetime, you got to see a legend ply his craft for a few years... :-))
Mr Coeur de Lion
Absolutely. It's a shame it wasn't a film about his genius (which is what I was expecting). Greatest player in my lifetime. Personally think he was better than Pele (although it's difficult to compare as the standard of football now is better than in Peles day).Back to youtube.
