NormanH Posted July 28, 2013 Author Share Posted July 28, 2013 Well let us say he is far from the only 'challenged' person in the quarter...apart from the frankly criminal (several murders in the past 5 years for example this one ) and the terrorists (a weapons and explosives stock belonging to a Basque terrorist group was unearthed) ...No need to watch the TV ! here we have the télé réalité.....
