Seafood again on new years eve. Don't forget that Dec 26th-31st are normal working days in France except at weekends and you do not get days in lieu of. Teamedup Posted October 17, 2005 Share Posted October 17, 2005 Smoked salmon is missing from Domy's list as are frogs legs and snails and I am sure that there a few other delicacies that I have forgotten.And it isn't just odd items from the list that is eaten, it is most of it, as the food orgies that are the Revillon de Noel and St Sylvestre last most of the night.
