Edit: If I think about it I could not eat much of your meal at all [:(] (me not eating meat) but the dishes still look splendid; it's their presentation that makes it look so inviting.

In fact you could make a vegetarian version. It is vegetables cooked in the spicy broth that give it the flavour and the chick peas add some protein..
