Picture Frames

Does anybody know of anywhere where I can get hold of a job lot of picture frames, as cheap as possible.

 

I have searched google etc but have found nothing. Really could do with a wholesaler or something.

IKEA have quite a wide selection, most are very cheap and they usually have a lot in stock, but you would have to go and get them;

Gifi and Foire Fouille (?spelling) have loads at cheap prices.

A week or so ago the shopping channel QVC were flogging a picture framing kit with all the tools, jigs and fastenings to make your own.  It didn't seem expensive and looked as if it was easy to use. It might be worth a look at.

It's fairly easy to turn out professional looking frames if you're careful about cutting the corners at the right angle... the challenge is turning out nice looking card mounts. Cutting those does need careful measuring, a steady hand and a sharp blade... or a good quality mount-cutting machine and they don't come cheap.
