hoverfrog
we couldn't find any last year at all. This year, our 'local shop for local people' (ouch, been watching the OH's DVDs again!) are doing an XMas fair in November. For those of you near Eymoutiers, 'La Varache'...Not a plug, just a satisfied customer :)Oh, and I'm really fascinated by the type of thing that british people request from an importer on the 'suggestions' list - it's a bit like looking at the contents of other people's trollies at the checkout when bored...anyone would think that we brits survive on liquorice allsorts, numerous biscuits / cereals (I love digestives!), jelly babies and of course cheddar (300+ varieties of cheese here and we all need cheddar???) and bacon. Not that we haven't indulged... a bit of nostalgia never heart anyone! :)Actually we're doing our bit for inter-nationl trade, as everyone that visits goes back with cheese for tartiflette at the very least!
